We specialise in the manufacture surface treatment of synthetic barium sulfate and natural barium sulphate offering a range of products graded according to raw material source and particle size, down to 0.2 microns sub-micron grain size.
Barium Sulfate Precipitated
Gemme Fine are bright white, low oil absorption pigment extenders, with excellent, low abrasion grinding and dispersion properties. They are in soluble, chemically inert and provide excellent UV barrier properties.

Application
Automotive topcoat and surfacer, high dispersion of ink, paint, powder coating, automotive friction products, rubber, sound insulation, plastics and many other niche markets where high quality, high performance, chemically inert powder fillers are required.
